Delivering outstanding digital client experiences is core to differentiating our brand and creating opportunities to deepen and grow our client relationships. So, we are looking for a talented junior UX & Web Content professional to join our website team. You will be able to learn from experienced web designers and website managers within the team as well as from external vendors. Initially, responsibilities will primarily focus on our Deloitte.com external website, with future opportunities to expand into other aspects of UX research & design.
You will be given opportunities to learn or hone your skills in:

Wireframing, designing and building pages using our bespoke content management system

Contributing to the development of digital marketing campaigns with a focus on the role of the site experience as part of the overall campaign strategy

Understanding the UX process, and how to best integrate UX techniques to develop the overall digital journey, including journey mapping, competitive analysis and user behaviours
-
Accessible design and search engine optimisation
-
Website tagging and tracking
-
Data interpretation and user behaviours

A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate not only their passion for and experience in web content management and UX, but also demonstrate initiative and curiosity, a collaborative approach to teamwork and confidence to respectfully and constructively challenge.
Required Skills & Experience (some of the below)

Interrogating briefs to determine the desired outcomes and identify requirements

Basic understanding of broader digital strategy and the role of the website

Basic understanding of and experience using a content management system

Ability to evidence application of UX design principles & theory
Preferred Skills & Experience

Familiarity with XD strongly preferred

Experience developing wireframes and user journey maps

Some understanding of accessible design and an interest to learn more

Some understanding of website tagging and tracking

Some understanding of on-page and technical SEO

Ability to interpret user data to generate insights and recommendations

Experience quickly learning and adapting to new tools and platforms (such as CMS platforms, Adobe Tag Manager, etc.)
