The role
- To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us.
- To provide an unforgettable experience and this starts with Reception – not just on arrival but through the whole process of booking to departure.
- To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual – Reservations, Sales, Check In and Check Out Procedures
