Manufacturing Structural Insulated Panels for all building requirements from holiday lodges to new builds, we provide an Integrated Build System – the easy solution to faster, stronger, highly thermally efficient and airtight buildings. Our SIPs Building Kits are manufactured on site and then shipped to customers and our factories to be constructed.
Description
We are looking to recruit a CAD Technician/Draughts Person to join our growing team. You will work with our designers as part of the team to produce Orders of Costs for SIPs Materials as well as SIPs Designs for manufacture. You will work with client specifications and deal with customers to satisfy enquiries. You will engage with all aspects of the team from material scheduling, procurement and design. This role would suit someone with a Degree in Engineering or CAD Qualification.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Ensure the technical team are fully supported in regards to Admin including conformance to ISO9001 processes
- Ensure adherence to current regulations, identify, and promote products or building practices that will cost effectively achieve these.
- Strong commercial and communication skills; liaising with clients, consultants and production teams
- Experience using Revit software is desirable
- An understanding of materials and the construction industry is desirable
- Basic 3D Modelling knowledge is required
- Microsoft Office Software is required
Requirements:
- Customer experience
- Excel (Microsoft)
- Previous use or training on CAD software
- Driver and vehicle license
