Role Overview
We are currently looking for a full-time equivalent Junior Creative Content Producer to work as a key member of our creative production team. Your role will be to assist in creating video and photo content (some graphic design skills would also be helpful) which would involve event coverage, training and information media, video and audio editing, and occasional photography. The senior Creative Content Producer and the Content Production Manager will initially support you. As you advance, you will be required to take on the full responsibility of producing video content independently.

How will you contribute?
- Working from a production office and/or remotely on location within the UK
- Expected to work on a variety of Wincanton video, photography and other creative content projects which will be both location and studio based.
- Continuous personal and technical development with the support of the Creative Content Team
- Work alongside the creative team to manage projects and support in development of content for Wincanton media.
- Eventual independent management of creative projects including stakeholder management to develop content requirements.
- Content could include training materials, event promotions, informational videos, and marketing materials for both internal and external use.
- A willingness to travel to multiple locations when required
What will you bring?
- Multi-skilled creative, willing to integrate and develop as a professional content producer
- Must be reasonably adept in the technical and creative use of production hardware such as DSLR and mirrorless cameras, lighting, sound, and video recording.
- Must be reasonably adept in the use of post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- A self-motivated individual, with good communication and great time management skills is essential, as is a sound knowledge of the video production process.
- Knowledge and use of software such as photoshop, illustrator and any other professional graphic design and photography packages would also be desirable.
- Adaptable personality who can work efficiently in teams and independently
- A full UK driving licence to enable flexible mobility for location-based projects requiring equipment
