The role
- Work with our VP Operations to manage various aspects of our commercial and business operations.

Design, implement and operate key commercial and business processes.

Analyse data and formulate insights that help us improve performance and efficiency.

Core skills
- 1+ years of experience working in an operations or similar capacity, ideally in a start-up environment.

Experience working with spreadsheets.

A structured approach to problem-solving.

Being organised and proactive.

Good writing and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience of any of the following: recruiting/HR, business development, customer support, legal work, finance/accounting, procurement.

Experience working with a CRM system (in particular, Hubspot).

Additional language skills (esp. Spanish/French/German).

Demonstrable research experience (e.g. advanced degree or previous work experience/internships).
