THE ROLE
The Room Service/ In-Room Dining Waiter, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional room service experience for our guests.
Your tasks will include:

Create an exceptional in-room dining experience for our guests.

Provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests to reflect the NoMad standards, from the point of order, to delivery, and collection of dishes.

Make sure all kitchenware and dishes are clean and well-presented prior to delivering to the guest.

To feel empowered to make a decision that will enhance the guest experience or defuse any complaints which may arise.

Always communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
