Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Administrator

This role is working for a successful Automotive Aftermarket business located near Coleshill Birmingham that supply specialist Car Parts and Components.

They have a very well-established customer base and sell their specialist Car Parts and Components into Businesses and National Distributors.

Working for this company you will be part of a great team that is fully supported by the management to ensure you are happy and successful in your role.

Ideally Located – Birmingham, East Birmingham, Coleshill, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Kingsbury, Atherstone, Erdington, Aston, Solihull, Kings Heath, Shirley, Stetchford, Castle Bromwich, Wolverhampton, Coventry

Salary – Up to £20K basic dependant on experience + Pension + Benefits

The Candidate

• Must be strong in Administration and Customer Services
• Will need excellent communication skills – Telephone, Email etc
• Be able to place orders and process orders on company systems
• Make sure information is entered / updated accurately on company systems
• Have excellent organisation skills
• Ideally be interested or have knowledge of the Car Parts, Components, Accessories and the Automotive sector
• It is essential that you are team orientated and a team player
• Will need to be fully IT Literate
