Introduction
In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Provide subject matter expertise in EPBCS and DRM
- Work on L2 and L3 incidents and report progress
- Update systems with progress on incidents
- Work with third parties to resolve incidents
- Update config management and knowledge management databases
- Support path to live release management and deployment
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Functional knowlege in Oracle Enterprise Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) and DRM
- Configuration of Oracle planning modules - Financial Planning, Workforce Planning
- Configuration of OOTB reporting tools Smartview
- Process knowledge of Financial Planning and Budgeting
- Preparation of functional specs for integration and reports
- Experience of Level 2 and 3 support
- Change management and enhancement deployment from test to production
