As Service Express has been growing, so have our teams to support our global expansion! As such, we are looking to add a new position of Cybersecurity Manger to further strengthen the leadership and support our ambitious growth journey. The Cybersecurity Manager will be responsible for the security of the entire infrastructure estate within Europe and the UK.
Success for this individual will rest heavily on their ability to think and act as a business leader, to build trusting relationships with the senior management team and our customers and work collaboratively across the whole business, including colleagues in the US.

- Lead the Security resources to improve our security posture
- Build a culture, where everyone strives to do their best to deliver great service to the customer and value for Service Express
- Act as a change leader and drive the continuous evolution of the delivery organisation
- Work closely with all colleagues to drive change across the entire organisation
- Continuously look for new ways of delivering solutions/service to our customers going forward
- Ensure security SLAs are met
- Ensure a strong Cyber Security Posture, looking for areas to increase security maturity, reducing operational risk
- Define and implement security policies and procedures
- Partner with Compliance to ensure Security is aligned and supports in-place frameworks (such as ISO27001, SOC2)
- Be technical escalation point for any security issues.
- Fulfil the role of SME for Security best practices
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to develop and deliver security solutions to our customers
What we are hoping you can bring to the Service Express team:
- Has the ability to build and develop a high performing team, fostering an environment of inclusion and openness. Empowers team members and gives them accountability
- Demonstrates commerciality, decisiveness, determination and tenacity to drive exceptional performance. Actively seeks and implements new and better ways of achieving positive business outcome
- Has detailed knowledge of many key security products, technologies and services
- Has experience in working in MSP
- Has ability to build credible relationships outside of their reporting structure through proven powerful communication and persuasion skills. Can quickly build trust and achieve collective buy-in across the whole of the business
- Has 8-10 years of industry experience
- Has substantial experience with operating within B2B services in the UK/Europe, ideally for a US headquartered business
- Has prior experience with optimising processes, tools, technology and people
