Job Description
We’re a local Rope Access and Window cleaning company based in Basildon/Laindon. With our administration assistant leaving for her maternity from 31st March we're looking for her interim replacement, this role does have a high chance of staying on once our previous assistant returns due to expected growth within the company in 2023.
What the role entails:
- Daily word document reports
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and email.
- General filing and checking in with engineers.
- Assisting with any other administration related tasks within the office when required.
- Prioritising workloads given to you on a daily basis.
- Offering any administrative assistance required by the office manager.
- Use of CRM systems.
Hours can be flexible facilitating around your schedule where reasonable all within Monday to Friday 9AM-1PM no weekends required overtime will be made available at discretion of the office manager where additional assiacne may be required.
We offer free onsite Parking and a friendly and welcoming environment happy to offer all training required for the role.
Must Have’s:
- Microsoft 365 use and experience including excel, word, outlook, Etc.
- General administration and office experience.
- Able to complete tasks in an efficient manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Time Management.
- Initiative to manage your own workload once provided.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: From £12.00 per hour
