As part of our plans for the future we are expanding our Property Team and we are looking for Safety and Compliance Coordinators to come and join us. This is a brand new role to our business and we are looking for experienced administrators who can really make the role their own.
You will act as a first point of contact for our Operational team and network of contractors in dealing with activity associated with Stonegate and legislative compliance to ensure that our sites provide a safe and legal environment for our General managers, Publicans, colleagues, and guests.
Key Responsibilities of a Safety & Compliance Coordinator;
- Working closely with key departments across the business and our operational teams, liaising with our network of contractors to arrange visits and obtain reports and certificates to maintain business continuity and ensure our sites can always trade
- Provide specialist analytical support and reporting using various software packages including CAFM, health and safety and PMO systems
- Demonstrate a proactive approach, and identify opportunities for better ways of working and sharing best practice with the Safety & Compliance teams and the wider Property team
This role is based at our Solihull Pub Support Centre with the flexibility to work from home.
