Bakery Team Member
We are looking for a highly enthusiastic baker/pastry chef who will be responsible for every aspect of baking and food preparation in our kitchen,typical duties include:
- Stocking checking and ordering ingredients
- Weighing and measuring ingredients
- Decorating pastries and other desserts using a variety of different sauces, toppings and other items
- Contributing ideas to the menu
- Be able to make croissants/pastries
- Recruiting, hiring and training Assistants or Junior Bakers as we grow the business
- Operating a variety of kitchen equipment
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
Ideally you must have minimum 1 years work experience in a professional kitchen, be able to work alone and also as part of a team.
