Job Description
Job Title: Account Manager
Reporting to: Director
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and Tidywork on assigned accounts. Understand client needs and with the project team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Build strong, individual relationships with clients and provide comprehensive support and service.
Job Responsibilities
- Actively seek additional work from clients
- Communicate with assigned clients to establish project details and requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to produce projects that meet deadlines and budgets
- Work with the administration assistant to handle invoicing
- Translate client needs to project and creative teams through research, discussions with the client, and input from the operations manager
- Collaborate with project teams to guide jobs through each stage of a project and ensure proper management and processing
- Manage assigned jobs on a daily basis, ensuring adherence to project plans and meeting of deadlines
- Utilise Monday.com for all projects, including assigning job numbers, estimates, purchase orders, and invoicing
- Proactively respond to client needs and provide quotes for work
- Build strong working relationships with assigned clients, including attending meetings
- Utilise the server file management system as needed
- Manage emails, Monday.com, file servers and other administrative tasks
- Perform any other duties as requested by management.
Person Specification:
Qualifications
- Ideally, a degree with a focus on business or marketing
Experience
- Prior experience in account management, specifically within a creative or digital agency setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and interact with various stakeholders
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional planning and organisational abilities
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft suite
- Exceptional people management abilities

- A team player who is able to work well under pressure and meet client needs
- A self-motivated and ambitious individual with an interest in marketing and building client relationships
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
- A Strong interest in new business and marketing

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
