Our Account Managers play a critical role in driving our business forward, they are responsible for supporting the development of existing accounts and exploring sales opportunities, converting them into confirmed sales before supporting the client throughout the onboarding process and maintaining a strong collaborative relationship thereafter.
Working with us, you will be able to:
- To support the Client Success Director to develop prospective clients for business growth through pro-actively scheduling timely service reviews at regular intervals.

To cultivate strong relationships with customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their strategic goals and how we can help to achieve them

To support critical client negotiations for service contracts and costs.

To coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow

To address client inquiries and issues in a timely and accurate manner.

To analyse and clearly communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

We would ideally like you to have 3 years experience in the Account Management space and demonstrable experience of meeting a revenue target. If not, and you feel you have the skills and ambition to be successful in this role then we want to hear from you!
