We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Cleaning Manager to join our team at Baker Hughes, Nailsea,
Must be highly motivated and enjoys working as part of a team.
Level 3 Health & Safety training given, on site parking, lunch and uniform provided.
Job Description
Your key responsibilities as the Cleaning Manager will consist of;

Ensure proactive management of teams on site. Responsible for overseeing recruitment, support, training and development of the team in order to deliver an efficient, high quality, financially beneficial service Elior UK

Responsible for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence

Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the Elior experience are communicated and embedded within the team supporting the Service Champion as appropriate
-
Responsible for maintaining, ordering and controlling stocks within budget
-
Responsible for specialist service within specified budgets exceeding Elior UK standards
-
Responsible for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
