Are you an enthusiastic pharmacist? Would you like to join our clinical pharmacy team?
As a pharmacist specialist you will deliver pharmaceutical services to promote the safe, effective and efficient use of medicines within the organisation through the implementation of medicines optimisation strategy.
You will primarily be working in our Community Hospitals, however, you will also be involved in working in our patients own homes where required.
You will require:
- a genuine interest in partnership working; a strong clinical background;
- prepared to embody the values of KCHFT;
- knowledge and understanding of medicine optimisation.
We are an innovative team, continually developing ground breaking and award winning services. You will work in the adult operational pharmacy services across the trust, however, primarily in East Kent. You will participate in the provision of highly specialist pharmaceutical services, both clinical and professional, to patients, staff and carers in inpatient, clinic and domiciliary settings.
