What we are looking for

Previous supervisory experience in a customer service function

Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

You’ll be guest obsessed and operationally savvy

Full of initiative, someone that can think on their feet, problem solve and be decisive

Be someone that can take the lead when the pressure's on

You'll also be bursting with ideas to make our guest experience even better
You’ll manage and take the lead of our front-of-house admissions and photography department. You and your team will be the first impression our guests receive when they arrive, so you’ll inspire a culture of amazing customer service, big smiles, and a friendly greeting from your team, as well as embedding an effective sales culture.
Our attraction gets busy, so you’ll be managing a high volume of guests looking for adventure, ensuring a slick operation. With a wide range of ticket types, annual passes, promotions, and other products, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue for the business, developing product knowledge and sales skills within your team.
This is a full-time permanent role, working any 5 days from 7, including working a regular fair share of weekends and bank holidays as required.
