Finance Assistant at Urban Food Fest

Salary: £32,000 to £40,000 per annum plus bonus, fantastic career progression opportunities and accountancy training and potential qualification.
Location: Marylebone, London
We looking for a dynamic, committed and motivated Finance Assistant to join our team on a full time basis permanent basis, 40 hours per week.
Your new role as Finance Administrator will include:
· Accounts Payable
· Reporting to vested parties
· Auditing
· Archiving of data and information
· Daily controls for transactions
· Day to day processing and assisting in the preparation of the Management Accountant
· P&L and balance sheets
· Internal Finance software updates
· Checking and reconciling supplier statements
· Posting payments
· Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
· Supporting fellow team members in the day to day running of the Finance department
· Supporting the Finance Manager and Finance Director
There is a detailed training program for this role, with the aim of progressing within the role and Company and offering excellent career opportunities. The role encompasses a wide variety of tasks. We offer study support with Finance qualifications.
Ideally you should have previous experience working in Finance related roles and Finance qualifications or a relevant degree.
You should be IT literate (particularly Excel), numerate and able to communicate effectively at all levels. You should be able to prioritize your workload, have a keen eye for detail and work using your own initiative.
