Job Description
We’re looking for someone who can translate the creative vision of our founder into the critical, scalable foundations needed to support our hyper-growth. You’ll need to be a strong generalist, who has the smarts, willingness, and mindset to get the wheels turning to deliver operational excellence.
You’ll need to be fully conversant in all the moving parts that contribute to the success of a global-reaching e-commerce and tech business, including analytics, inventory, order fulfilment, customer success, analytics and commercial sales.

Key deliverables for this role:

You’ll be the central cog when it comes to cross-functional collaboration. You’ll seek out and deliver operational improvements with a continuous improvement mindset

Revising and introducing scalable operational processes and efficiencies

Managing resources, supply chain, sourcing and ensuring the performance of third-party suppliers

Establishing dashboards and embedding KPI’s to monitor and review multiple distribution funnels across our at-home e-com channels and B2B project installations, including inventory, inbound receiving, fulfilment, and project delivery

Working closely with product, sales, marketing, and fulfilment teams to monitor stock and inventory and resource levels to ensure the smooth delivery of orders and installations

Serve as the SME for inventory functions and supply chain systems and integration flows (ERP, warehouse management system etc)
