94 GROUP is a privately owned, high growth staffing business based in the City of London (Bank/Cannon Street).
94 GROUP consists of 4 brands covering the Legal, Tax, and Technology markets across EMEA and the USA. These are 94 TECH, 94 TAX & 94 LEGAL, we are more commonly known by these brand names.
In under 6 years, we have grown to more than 50 heads and over £4.5m NFI while maintaining a strong level of profitability. We're forecasting to double in size, in both headcount and NFI, in 2023 as well as opening our first international office in New York this summer. Our plan is to continue to scale at pace, building teams organically and opening up in further international locations.
The Role:
This is a great opportunity for someone to get exposure across multiple areas of the Finance team. We're looking for someone to own the transactional finance processes end to end and support the Group’s accounting in a high growth, multi-brand, multi-geography staffing business.
The role will be critical in maximising our cashflow, ensuring our accounting is accurate and robust, and that we have strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
You will have overall ownership of the following:
- Accounts Receivable: Invoicing, cash collection and credit control ensuring we invoice on a timely and accurate basis and receive funds on time.
- Accounts Payable: Recording and coding of supplier invoices ensuring they are paid on time following the appropriate approvals. Management of the Employee Expenses process as well as the Corporate Credit Card programme.
- Cash and Bank: Ensuring all transactions are recorded on a timely and accurate basis to ensure bank reconciliations are performed swiftly at Month End.
- Invoice Discounting: Invoice Discounting Facility ensuring the administration of the portal and billing process is sufficiently accurate to maximise our funding and therefore cashflow, to support our ambitious growth objectives
- Deal Flow: Tracking all deals and keeping our invoicing schedule up to date. As this forms the basis of our revenue, this role be an integral part of our Weekly Reporting and MI to senior stakeholders in the business.
