Location: Wellington, Somerset
Salary: £60,000
Qualifications: RGN or RMN Qualified
Hours per week: 40 hours

Compass Associates are proud to work with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager to work in their well performing nursing home based in the Wellington area. this home provides care for nursing residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi disciplinary team, nurse management experience as awell as having strong clinical skills.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager looking to take on a new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the nursing home setting, strong clinical knowledge, passion for elderly/dementia care, strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN)
- Previous Nursing Home experience
- Elderly Nursing experience
- Strong Clinical Skills
- Strong knowledge of CQC
- Genuine passion for elderly care
- Leadership experience within a senior nurse capacity
- Active NMC pin

This role is based in the Wellington area and is commutable from Taunton, Tiverton, Exeter, Bridgwater, Honiton, Sidmouth, Yeovil, Cullompton, Colyford and Chard.
