A large marketing client are currently recruiting for a temporary General Administrator's Clerk to join our newly recruited team based in here in Manchester. The role will be on a temporary basis to support a department within the business due to an increase in workload. We are looking for an extra pair of hands to support with a variety of administration tasks and to help with a backlog of work - the role is likely to be for a period of 6-7 weeks. Typical duties for the role will include:
- Managing and routing office communications, letters and documents
- Preserving office records
- Gathering information
- Organizing/scheduling diaries
- Conducting employee orientation
- Updating office manuals
- Managing electronic and printed files
- Handling guests and clients
This is definitely a business where everyone gets involved and helps out so the successful candidate must be adaptable and have the ability to multitask. You must be open to temporary work and be available immediately or on short notice, due to an ASAP start being required. Hours for the role are 9-5pm Monday to Friday, can be flexible and hybrid in office.
