£11.94 per hour* / £45 per sleep-in shift

What is the rate of pay?

Your base pay rate will be £10.67 per hour

As a relief worker, you will also accrue an annual leave entitlement of 12.07% for every hour you work, which brings your total hourly rate to £11.94 per hour (paid monthly)

Who will I be supporting?

You will be supporting a fabulous lady in her 30s to live her life how she chooses
She loves animals and has two guinea pigs who she adores, and a dog that often visits her
She also loves cooking, baking, and keeping her home looking tickety-boo!
She's an active lady who loves exercising and particularly enjoys yoga and swimming
Her family are really important to her, and she loves spending time with them
You'll need a full UK driving licence to join her team as she loves being out and about and finds travelling in her car much more enjoyable
This young lady has a moderate learning disability, a hearing impairment and can sometimes experience behaviours of distress, so she's looking for calm, reassuring and resilient people to join her team - come and enjoy the good times together and be there to support her through the tougher times!
What will I be doing?

This young lady would like support to live her life how she chooses, to be herself and to achieve her goals
She would like support with her medication, meal preparation, and domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning and laundry
She appreciates friendly and encouraging prompts to complete her personal care routines
What shifts are available?

We're looking for people who want to join their team on a relief/bank basis
Shifts on offer to relief workers are typically 8am one day until 8am the following day with a sleep-in shift included
There may also be day shifts available from 8am - 9pm
We're looking for people with good availability to pick up shifts on our rotas, which are provided 4 weeks in advance, and also to cover sickness and other types of leave that may occur at shorter notice
