JOB TITLE: PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Herne Bay, Kent, CT6 7GQ
Hours: Full time, Mon – Fri, 9:00 A.M – 5:00 P.M
Salary: £20k per annum
Due to continued success, we are currently looking for a Production Administrator to support our production team. This role involves handling client data, proofing and printing of a variety of jobs, whilst working to deadlines. Accuracy, concentration and quality control is paramount.

Education/Experience:
- Minimum of 3 or more GCSE’s A-C including Maths & English or equivalent
- Previous experience of working within a busy office environment
- Experience with working on computers and Microsoft packages
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients and suppliers by telephone and email, in order to meet their mailing requirements
- Working with data sensitive files and creating mail merges
- Proof reading test documents and review of data files
- Printing of mailings to very high standard quality control procedures
- Adding mailings onto postal service accounts accurately
- Flexibility to work within the fulfilment team if required during busy periods
