DIRECTOR OF IT - Hybrid - LONDON - £140,000 P/A + EXCELLENT PACKAGE

My client is a market powerhouse within the AI industry and are looking for an experienced Head of Frontend Developer.

The director of it will be leading a high-quality team of Developers. We're looking for someone who can alternate between leading strategic objectives and acting as an individual contributor in areas ranging from technical oversight to the recruitment of exciting team members.

The director of it will be a key liaison, working to implement best practices synergising with the team. The director of it is expected to possess a mix of strong leadership skills, operational effectiveness/efficiency. You will act as a technology and business expert while driving innovative technologies that will enhance the company's products and services and create a sustainable competitive advantage for the Company.

About you:

• Key experience in technical and engineering project delivery.
• Clinical decision-maker - reviewing risks and benefits for the overall benefit of the company.
• Experience in frontend technologies.

• Effectively communicate project status
• Manage a growing team of 30+ staff
• Analyse data and report to management and others.
• Manage project risk
• Actively seek out and resolve multi-functional and business issues

• Effective presentation, oral, and written business interpersonal skills with various audiences and levels.
• Strong background in system implementation project management using proven software development techniques.
