We have a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator to join and support the Sky Sports Commercial Team. This dynamic, diverse team looks after media rights acquisition, strategy, business development, insight and commercial partnerships. It holds relationships with all key sports rights-holders for Sky.
What you'll do:

Support the Sky Sports Commercial Team on the administering and fulfilment of the following daily activities:

Expenses, Recruitment, Diary Management, Tech Support, Meeting & Visitor Booking, Travel, Compliance declarations

Work with the Head of Commercial Partnerships to run all hospitality and general admission ticketing requests, with a specific focus between May and September on our premier events: British GP (+ key F1 events), England International Cricket, Major Golf + Ryder Cup

Handle guest list with key partners (including travel and accommodation where needed)

Work with rights-holders on fulfilment and logistics

Hospitality ordering and tailored requests

Invoicing

Managing/working with event planners/event hosts where required
What you'll bring:

Experience in departmental administration, with a key eye for detail

A people person who is able to work well with people from across the Sky and Comcast businesses and with external partners

Strong Sky stakeholder network (for internal candidates only)

Ability to manage upwards including with Sky Group executives
