Job Description
Our client an International Law firm based in the City are seeking an experienced legal secretary / legal PA with corporate, finance or transaction experience to support 3 partners who specialise in global finance.
For this position we are looking for a pro-active and diligent PA and someone able to take on a fast-paced involved role.
Duties will include extensive diary and travel management, document production, filing, billing assistance, screening calls, proofreading etc. This position will be an integral part of the team working with the partners and will require someone who is capable of being one step ahead of therms of their PA needs.
The client boasts fantastic offices, hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. The salary on offer is £52,500 and they provide excellent benefits including 33 days holiday.
