Due to continued business growth, we are looking for a Nightshift Manager to join our Site based in Livingstone.
45 hours per a week, from Tuesday to Saturday
Key responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the site's daily operation including all of our delivery freight
- Routing 100+ delivery vehicles into our surrounding areas to support the successful delivery and collection from our drivers
- Comply with company operational core values and in accordance with the principles of the Company Mission Statement
- Manage, motivate and develop the site team team to achieve excellence in all areas of the operation.
What do I need to be a Shift Manager
- Significant experience in a managerial or supervisory role (Desirably within a logistics environment)
- Excellent knowledge of road transport laws
- History of managing a team of 10 is preferable
