What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant and Senior Principal Consultants to join the Team. In this role you will be responsible for attracting new clients and delivering exceptional service to our existing clients.

About the team

You'll join a talented team of A players in Recruitment who are highly ambitious and passionate about delivering exceptional service. You will work in a dynamic environment where we are constantly learning and exchanging ideas.

About the opportunity

You will be responsible for winning new business, delivering exceptional service and building the relationship with clients and candidates. You will manage senior appointments for commercial and technical functionalities.

This role will be working with clients in the North American and European region. You will have the opportunity to travel to meet with your clients and build the relationship with senior stakeholders.

What you will do

You will build your network with candidates and clients across different geographies.
You will engage with senior stakeholders and decision makers.

· You will build a robust business plan to underpin the growth of your desk and manage time effectively to deliver results.

· You will win brand new business and develop those clients into major accounts.

· You will advise clients and provide them with data to influence those decisions, adding significant value to the business.

· You will share your knowledge and experience to help us keep growing our team

· You will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the success of our business

About the career progression

Career progression is an area we take incredibly seriously at Strativ. We will ensure there’s an environment in place for all Recruitment Consultants to learn and develop. Also, we currently have 2 performance reviews per year.

Who you are

· You will have a consistent track record of revenue generation.

· You will have very strong business development skills and the ability to engage top level influencers/decision makers.

· Great communication skills and the ability to articulate clearly.

· Ability to work independently while also being a good team player.

· You're eager to learn from others and share your knowledge with others.

· You have good attention to detail, curiosity and drive for continuous learning and improvement.

· You will be authentic and have a positive mindset

· You will have good time management and organisational skills

· You will be ambitious and able to manage new challenges

Nice to have

Experience working in the Technical, Medical, or Engineering sector will be an added advantage
Genuine interest in collaborating with other members of the team whilst having fun.
A sense of empathy for colleagues, clients and candidates
