This is a great opportunity for a Junior Videographer / Editor to work alongside like-minded individuals to help deliver compelling and engaging client campaigns suitable for publication across multiple channels.


About the role:


You'll be responsible for supporting the creative team, working on everything from creating scripts, editing footage and creating video content for clients to planning shoot logistics. This will mean doing whatever needs to be done to make the team’s idea come to life, including finding and scheduling locations, organising your equipment etc.


You will convey emotion and empathy through the work while still keeping a clear and precise message for a number of different target audiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To work with the creative team to understand the client brief and provide ideas for video content.
  • Support the video lead and account team in filming and editing video projects.
  • Transport, set up, and operate AV equipment for pre-recorded location and studio productions.
  • Edit and distribute projects to agreed specification and deadline.
  • Manage your work schedule effectively with support of Video lead - ensuring deadlines are met.
  • To manage resource library for a streamlined workstation.
  • Ensure expertise in professional audio and/or video editing and post-production procedures, techniques and standards, keep up to date with new technologies.


Required Experience:

This is a perfect opportunity for someone wishing to showcase their talent and gain valuable experience in an exciting industry.

You will have the following skills and experiences:

  • A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in videography and ideally photography, as well as some hands-on experience.
  • A portfolio is essential.
  • Experience working with commercial video production software, i.e. Adobe Premier and Affect Effects.
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
  • Some experience in motion graphics, interactive video and basic audio preferable but training will be available.
  • Proven experience of creating ideas for video content.
  • Experience creating for social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook.

  • Time Management Skills - Ability to support and control a multitude of activities and be able to handle multiple tasks and accounts, prioritise tasks and negotiate deadlines.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills both internally and external.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Creativity and imagination.
  • Initiative.
  • Comfortable working productively across multiple in-house teams.
  • Full UK driving licence.
