Business Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and undertake a renewal schedule of customer information in CRM to enable customer access to all member benefits and ensure the success of marketing and sales activity
- Manage group inboxes ensuring customer queries are recorded, assigned and acknowledged promptly in a professional manner
- Build templates and generate customer lists within CRM system based on manipulating search criteria
- Undertake research including data analysis as directed to build market intelligence and identify new growth opportunities
- Support planning to ensure the BD Teams social media activity reinforces the wider SSAT comms strategy and highlights the membership benefits widely
For you to be successful in this role you need to demonstrate:
· Experience of working in a busy administrative role, managing data and CRM
· Knowledge of CRM systems, or a large multi-user database
· Excellent communication skills including in Maths and English
· Excellent organisation skills
· Able to prioritise workloads/multi-task to meet deadlines
· Confident and outgoing with a positive enthusiastic approach
· Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
· Good Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
