We are looking to recruit an experienced van driver with flexibility and a good work ethic to be working from our plant based in Redruth

Purpose of the role

To deliver and collect goods between the company site and customer premises in a safe, secure and timely manner
Efficient and accurate loading and unloading of items in accordance with company methods and materials
Recording and accurate completion of documents
To display a professional and courteous approach to all customers, motorists and other members of the public
To maintain a high quality of vehicle care including; avoiding damage and regular cleaning
Completing daily safety checks of vehicle
Driving within the UK highway code regulations
THE ROLE INVOLVES REPETITIVE AND HEAVY LIFTING THAT WILL AT TIMES REQUIRE CARRYING PACKED LAUNDRY HAMPERS UP AND DOWN STAIRCASES AND STEPS AND WITHIN CONFINED SPACES
