Whether it’s the chaotic kitchen management of ‘PlateUp!’; the thought-provoking and darkly comic ‘Trolley Problem, Inc.’ or the genre-busting-mashup ‘Golfie’, all our games are made to bring joy to players all over the world.

About the role:
As an Associate Producer you will be an integral part of helping bring indie games to market. You will be working alongside the Lead Producer where you will support all areas of development. Previous experience as a Video Game Producer is not necessary but preferred. This role is aimed for somebody who has some industry experience but looking to transition into a production role or equally a graduate with proven ability looking to kick start their career in the video game industry.

What we want from you:
- Passion for video games and understanding of the current indie video game market
- Self driven and able to work independently under own initiative
- Highly organised and able to communicate effectively
- Fleunty across the Microsoft Office / Google Suites
- A clear understanding for the project lifecycle of game development
- Keen eye for detail
Key responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining schedules for various titles
- Working closely with developers to ensure smooth build deliveries
- Identifying issues/concerns within project timelines and finding possible solutions
- Working with Marketing and the wider network to ensure builds are delivered on time
- Becoming close to all our titles and regularly reviewing them to ensure quality
- Working with external partners across various disciplines such as QA, Localisation and porting
