QA Engineer / Test Analyst – CRM, Salesforce

We are looking for a Salesforce Test Analyst to join our client's growing team. Ideally, you will have some experience in Salesforce or general CRM testing, with a strong understanding of Virtuoso or similar automation test tools.
This is an opportunity to work on a variety of CRM and Salesforce projects and deliverables across many different areas of the business.
As part of the Testing team, you will be involved in all aspects of testing their bespoke desktop and web applications to move them to full-release status.
This role requires both manual and automated testing; our client is early into their automated testing journey which the whole testing team are actively involved in shaping the future of.
The role
- Manage the complete testing process from start to finish, which encompasses test planning, test design, executing tests etc
- Collaborate with Senior QAs to devise and implement robust test strategies, test plans, and test cases that align seamlessly with project requirements and business objectives.
- Foster strong partnerships with product owners and development teams to ensure thorough test coverage and validate software functionality against defined business requirements.
- Formulate and execute both manual and automated test scripts to verify system functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Identify areas for process enhancement and implement industry best practices to optimize overall testing efficiency and effectiveness.
About you
- You have successfully worked with and conducted testing on CRM systems, ideally with some experience with Salesforce.
- You have practical experience using a codeless test automation tool, such as Virtuoso, Provar, or Ranorex.
- Experience as a Test Analyst or in a similar
- You have a deep understanding of modern software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
- You demonstrate a solid comprehension of automated testing, encompassing the creation and maintenance of test scripts.
- You exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to effectively work in cross-functional teams.
