PRIMARY EARLY CAREERS TEACHERS
SALARY: MAIN PAY SCALE
The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) wish to appoint Early Careers Teachers for September 2023. We are a forward thinking and innovative Multi Academy Trust (MAT) with fantastic pupils and Trustees, supportive governors and a great community. We are passionate about children’s learning, creative in our approach and constantly reflective in our philosophy.
We are a friendly, professional and hardworking team in the heart of the city serving an aspirant, culturally diverse community. Our family of schools consist of Prince Albert Primary School, Heathfield Primary School, Highfield J&I School, Birchfield Primary School, Sutton Park Primary School and PA High School.
We passionately believe that staff are our biggest asset. We actively develop our staff through a personalised and bespoke CPD package that is tailored to the journey each and every individual wants to embark on. We are a growing multi academy trust and because of this can regularly offer internal promotions. We aim to identify the potential in all individuals in order to fast track staff to outstanding teachers / lead practitioners / SLEs or Leadership roles.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
