Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our busy Skegness Office. Ideally, hours to include Thursdays and Fridays plus flexibility on other days to cover the required 20 - 24 hours, between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday, plus approximately 1 in 5 Saturday mornings, 9am to 12noon.
You must have excellent IT and numeracy skills and be accurate in your work, as well as providing the highest level of customer service. Some marketing experience and a flair for design would be an advantage.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Managing the collection and allocation of rents as well as periodic rent reviews.
· Communicating with Landlords and Tenants.
· Preparing legal documentation.
· Maintaining a register to ensure all properties are fully compliant with current legislation.
· Promotion of all departments of the busy firm of Willsons (online, in print and marketing events).
· General office duties including telephone enquiries and taking card payments.
Salary: Above National Minimum Wage, subject to experience.
Start date: As soon as available.
