The Role
Part of an ambitious marketing team, the In House Graphic Designer's role is central to the TLG’s wider business strategy. Working alongside three Marketing Executives, a Customer Service and Systems Executive, and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for taking our visual brand identities to the next level, and everything you do will be centred around consistency and a passion to develop the strongest brands in the restaurant industry!
The successful candidate will be highly involved with a number of exciting projects to enhance our visual identities. The candidate will have the following attributes: highly creative with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, strong understanding of the design industry and latest trends, and a continual focus on producing engaging and visually beautiful content.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Work with the marketing team to produce branded assets for Thaikhun, Chaophraya, Thai Leisure Group and Chaobaby
- Responsible for the design for all internal and external collateral
- Develop brand guidelines to ensure consistency
- Create bespoke assets for each channel e.g. internal, website, social media, brochures, PowerPoint presentations etc.
- Constantly reviewing existing assets and looking at how we can enhance these and proposing creation of additional assets
- Visit sites to view assets in situation and in relation to competition to ensure as strong as possible
- Strategize with the marketing team on the best print finishes and formats
- Supporting operations in the creation of employee handbooks, bibles etc.
- Always looking at industry trends to develop innovative ideas and ensure we are at the forefront of design
Desired Personal Skills and Experience
- 2+ years’ Graphic Design experience
- Passion for the industries and staying ahead of trends
- Be an expert communicator (verbally and written) and relationship builder
- Ability to be highly creatively and create engaging content
- Proven graphic designing experience
- An engaging portfolio that showcases a mix of design projects, including strong on and offline work
- Highly experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
- Video editing skills desirable
- Bring entrepreneurial spirit, passion, and drive
- Be self-motivated, and confident working independently and as a team
- Be a true team player, with a positive, can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- The ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Are results driven, organised and focus on attention to detail
- Willing to travel
- Hospitality experience is desired but not essential
