Job Description
Working Hours - 40 hours per week based on a 4 on 4 off week rota.
Due to increased business growth an opportunity has arisen for a customer advisor to join our operations team at our centre in Bury.
Your Role will be: -
- Responding to customer queries
- Logging device breakdown information on our system
- To react to emergency breakdowns as required
- Liaise with internal departments to provide accurate up to date information
- Record and update asset data information across internal systems

Our ideal candidate:
- Previous customer service experience
- Good level of computer literacy
- Good communication skills
- Experience of data inputting or administration duties
