Lindo Guitars Technician
Lindo Guitars, a professional guitar company based in Bristol, UK, is seeking a full-time technician to join our quality control team. As a technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up guitars professionally before dispatching to customers
- Managing and organising the warehouse, including cleaning to keep things tidy and presentable
- Testing guitars for tuning accuracy and playability
- Ensuring preamplifier units and outputs are working correctly
- Inspecting and cleaning each guitar before dispatch
- Learning how to use specific tools and techniques to correct issues
- Using order management software to check customer orders, generate order picking lists, print courier labels, and add tracking numbers
- Working quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure all orders are dispatched daily
- Working independently, with support available when needed
- Contributing to company social media platforms
General Requirements:
- Honest and hard-working
- Good level of hands-on experience
- Good computer skills, including Excel
- Patient and well-organized
- Good level of understanding of how to repair paintwork/cosmetic issues (beneficial)
Working Hours:
Working hours for this position are 08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday, with a 45-minute lunch break (7.75 hours per day).
Salary:
The starting wage for this position is £19,000 per annum, with excellent potential for a long-term career within the company. Includes 21 days paid holiday + Bank Holidays.
