MK are looking for a Resourcing Administrator for our client based in Bolton.
Job description;
To support the Resourcing team, Hiring Managers and candidates with resourcing administration, reporting, analytics, social posting and interaction to enable the effective and efficient running of a resourcing service to the business.
- Immediate start
- Monday to Friday
- £11.02 P/h ( pay will increase to £12.05 in April
- Shift pattern 8-4:30 or 9-5:30
Key Accountabilities;
- Managing the Interview scheduling process from establishing Hiring Manager(s) availability, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, confirming interviews via People Hub.
- Own the Resourcing ticketing mailbox ensuring all tickets are dealt with appropriately and within agreed SLA’s
- Providing support to enable the effective use of social channels including LinkedIn and Facebook. Posting content, responding to posts, alerting resourcers where required.
- Working closely with Head of Resourcing and Resourcers to support ad hoc project work and team administration. Set up team meetings, capture and distribution actions. Responsible for team purchase orders and invoice queries.
- Maintaining productivity data, including, number of interviews scheduled, calls made, tickets handled, social posts, reports run
- Run weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports. Be able to manipulate base data, utilise excel and pivot tables. Provide timely and accurate reporting that enables insight and analysis.
- Be the point of contact (all communications channels) when resourcers are unavailable and support enquiries effectively
- Gaining working knowledge of recruitment system and supporting system testing as required. Amending system help sheets, recruitment material and guides.
Required;
- Efficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook etc
- Evidence of effective use of Social channels in a working environment (LinkedIn / Facebook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen to learn new skills and excellent relationship builder – collaborative in approach.
