YOUR ROLE
Working within our Client Happiness team, you will play a vital role in helping to ensure that our clients receive prompt and helpful replies to their help requests. You'll be using a combination of email and phone to assist clients - and you'll love this role if you get a kick out of helping people. Because our clients are so wonderfully diverse, this is a variety-packed role.
As a Client Happiness Assistant you’ll be responsible for:
- Matching our ambitious clients to our talented assistants
- Solving problems and answering queries via email and over the phone
- Making sure our clients are happy and are getting the most from the service
