The Team
Condé Nast Entertainment’s entertainment teams create premium video content - marrying our advertising partners with Condé Nast’s iconic global brands. Producing hundreds of campaigns per year, the team delivers branded programming across non-scripted, scripted, documentary, how-tos, comedy, animation, and (live) event programming.
Within CNE, the Digital Video Local Language (DVLL) business is responsible for the programming, development, production, and distribution of all video content across platforms (e.g. YouTube, social, O&O, etc.) in Europe (excl. UK), APAC, and Mexico and Latin America.
What will you be doing?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant, evolving area of the business. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to support the team and CNE’s Digital Video Local Language markets in achieving its business and creative storytelling objectives. This role is based in London.
Provide administrative support for the wider team as required
Review creative briefs
Assist with in depth editorial research (trends, content, influencers, talent and background) - provide concise summary reports
Assisting on shoots, location research, casting and talent matters
Maintain reporting and process documents
Collate, file and distribute presentations
Attend meetings as required, taking minutes and supporting on actions
Ad hoc support duties as required by the wider team
Who you are:
Proactive, curious, and diligent - a self starter who is not afraid to ask questions but is also able to self service solutions
You will potentially be studying for a creative, production, film or media degree
An understanding/awareness of technical film processes and the digital landscape is an advantage
Strong communication skills - you are able to interact clearly and concisely in writing, in person and virtually
Aware of and enthusiastic about CNE’s content and how it is presented across multiple formats
A genuine interest in and understanding of social media - you are curious about the content you see and how it is made
You’ll thrive if you enjoy any (or all) of these areas: fashion, consumer trends, architecture, travel, and pop culture
We’ll show you how to use our tools - but you should be comfortable with mobile apps, cloud based platforms, file sharing, and Google Suite
