Reporting to the Head of Analytics, the Data Analyst will work in a high performing team to deliver deep analyses and best in class visualisations in order to help stakeholders understand performance and unlock key opportunities.
- Analysing user journeys, be that from the perspective of a customer making a booking, or at various touch points up until they return from their trip.
- Building out clear and clean visualisations and reports (we use Looker and Looker Studio) in order to support stakeholders to understand the key drivers and levels of their KPIs.
- Working with stakeholders to help define the metrics that best enable us to understand the wins and opportunities within the business.
- Discovering and analysing key audiences and segments.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous development within the analytics team, in order to help drive both individual and team growth.
- Working with data scientists and stakeholders to put forward test hypotheses and understand the performance of those tests.
- Experience with analytics and reporting, ideally in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong SQL capabilities.
- Experience using a visualisation tool such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Collaborative approach and good relationship builder.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and an ability to communicate at all levels.
- Experience of a programming language (such as R or Python).
- Experience with analyting A/B tests at scale.
- Experience with CX and operational systems and data.
