This is not a 360 recruitment role. It is a delivery role with scope to develop relationships with existing clients in the future. No cold calling.
No experience is required you will received an excellent training package from the Directors.
Due to market demand we are growing, we are searching for a Recruitment Consultant to support key roles in Solar and Energy Storage in the European and USA markets.
To succeed in this role, you will be proactive, tenacious, passionate, and results-focused, with the drive to deliver. In return you will be given the autonomy to develop as a Consultant in a progressive business, that has recently been nominated as a finalist in the National Startup Awards in the Green Startup category.

The role:
– Sourcing candidates and referrals using all available tools including our CRM system, LinkedIn and LinkedIn recruiter, job boards, and CV databases.
– Performing advanced searches via LinkedIn to find and network with talent in a niche market.
– Continually developing your network, search skills and knowledge of the renewables and solar and energy storage sectors through available channels.
– Communicating and engaging with talent in the engineering and software sectors.
– Building your own hotlists for current, prospective, and planned projects.
– Mapping candidate markets vertically and geographically to support sales activity and building and effective pipeline of talent.
– Writing engaging content, to communicate to and build your audience.
– Continually developing your knowledge of the renewables sector.
– Sharing information across the rest of the business to support sales and operations.
– Maintaining an up to date and accurate database.
The requirements:
– Proven success in a Resourcing / Recruitment / Account Management role for a high-value, high-volume business.
– Ability to understand and communicate technical aspects of roles to colleagues and candidates.
– Time management and prioritisation – experience of managing multiple roles concurrently
– Positive mindset and approach which has the customer at the forefront of your delivery.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
– Professional manner, with an open mind to challenge.
– Confidence to address challenges and build relationships internally and externally
– Drive and ambition to become an industry expert through continual personal development.
