Welcome to the first day of your new journey with Jollibee!
We’re still a new player in the UK market place, but we’ve been around for a while waiting for the right time to bring our fried chicken, burgers, pies and joyful energy to England, Wales and Scotland.
Whether you are at our flagship UK restaurant in central London, collecting Jolly Spaghetti at our first US drive-thru in New Jersey, dropping in for some much craved Chickenjoyin Dubai Mall or picking up the OG Yumburger at one of our original restaurants in Metro Manila- you’ll soon see that the spirit of fun and family runs through our entire teams. We put in the care and attention to ensuring each of our guest’s have a great experience and delicious food, but it all starts with having the right people in the right place with the right attitude.
That’s where you come in…
We’re on the look out for a host with the most- someone with swagger to guide our guests through their journey at Jollibee.
You’ll need bundles of personality and confidence, be armed with a big smile and be laser focussed on giving great customer service.
Job Description:
As a member of our team, you become part of our community. You need to be a team player, great at communicating and bringing positivity to your role.
You will need to bring you’re A-Game to every session, whether you are guiding guests at the kiosk or ensuring that our dining areas are kept clean and tidy- you’ll be the customer’s go-to person.
You need to have great attention to detail and have a readiness to get stuck in.
You’ll like to keep yourself busy!
We’ll need you at key times for the business- this is a full time role although we would be flexible with a job share arrangement between 2 people.
We need:
- Basic understanding of food safety and health and safety – Full training will be provided.
- Right to live and work in the UK
- An energetic & can do attitude, willing to go the extra mile to exceed our guests expectations
