As our Business Intelligence Analyst, you will provide timely and accurate business intelligence to support our operational colleagues in enabling better lives for our employment, skills, health and wellbeing programmes as well as our clients and senior leadership team; maximising performance and decision making.
You will drive innovation and analytical methods and help to transform the behaviours of Ingeus to understand the value of data, insights and analytics.
In the role of BI Analyst, you will be involved in the following:
- Maintaining a suite of Power BI reports
- Working on projects as directed by the Business Intelligence Manager
- Working with other departments to define the business requirements of reporting
- Building reports in appropriate technology (primarily Power BI),
- Working with the Data Warehouse team if and as required
- Empowering colleagues to use the self-service capabilities of the Power BI reporting suite
- Contractual KPI Reporting for employability and health contracts
- Using a variety of analytical techniques and data sources, to test correlation between joint data sets, actions, events and outcomes
As the BI Analyst, you will have:
- Degree level qualification or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in data analytics
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Excel, Power Query, DAX and Power BI
- Experience of working with high volumes of sensitive data in CRM systems
- A working knowledge of SQL and Data Warehousing is desirable
