Talent Development Administrator

Scope of the Role & Department:
If you are looking for the chance to gain experience in HR with a specific focus on Talent Development, while contributing to an ambitious organisation, then this opportunity is for you. We are looking for a proactive, curious and motivated Talent Development Administrator to join our Talent Development team. The placement will give you the opportunity to experience general day-to-day business in the Talent Development team as well as work on very specific projects. Whilst this role is largely administration-focused, in our dynamic team you will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and support building our digital offering and implementing change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration of our Learning Management System Astute, upskill to become a superuser of the platform and explore new functionalities
- Responsible for the internal Training inbox, actioning employee queries and escalating complex queries to Talent Development Manager as appropriate
- Responsible for the administration and logistics associated with the training activity (update of the LMS, course allocation, uploading starters/leavers, scheduling of the training sessions - both face to face and virtual, invitations to participants, information to managers, room booking, preparation of the required training material and support, invoicing)
- Compiling and summarising evaluation of training courses held internally
- Develop and maintain methods of tracking data and produce relevant reports
- Support analysing and improving existing learning content
- Involvement in ad-hoc projects, such as building e-learning content
