We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Services Facilities Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Workplace Experience Director, you will be responsible for leading the effective delivery of all soft services, ensuring our clients receive the best service possible.
As the Soft Services Facilities Manager, you will be leading by example and building excellent partnerships with our clients and suppliers. You will be the foundation of the client relationship, building trust, open communication, and delivering on promises. Key Responsibilities
- Development and maintaining service level agreements
- Ensure standard of service delivery in line with agreed service levels
- Identifying and developing business opportunities, as appropriate
- Develop manage and coordinate a process of continually reviewing and improving service for both directly delivered services and subcontracted services
- Training and development of staff
- Produce periodic cleaning schedules in conjunction with PPM’s. Monitor the work completed against worked planned and identify actions required to bring any shortfalls back in line with schedule
- Produce work allocation sheets for all staff working in line with the Santander cleaning indicator
- Manage and develop people to promote high morale and motivation
- Conform to basic management responsibilities set out in the ISS HR Processes

Salary: £45,000.00 per year
