This is an exciting opportunity to join our Nursing Home, to work as a Care Assistant. We have full and part-time roles, which involve working a mix of weekdays, nights and weekends. As part of the Care Team, your role will include a variety of tasks to help all of our Residents to live comfortable lives, with the help and support that they need. No previous experience in care is required, as full training will be given. Duties and responsibilities:
- Support our Residents with personal care, washing and bathing, dressing, eating and drinking, and social stimulation.
- Help our Residents to enjoy their lives to the full and to meet all of their health and care needs
- Participate in assessment and evaluation of residents’ care, including reporting any changes in their physical and mental condition immediately
- To ensure that The Chiswick Nursing Centre Code of Conduct, confidentiality, safeguarding and security procedures are maintained
