You will be primarily accountable for a white-collar permanent civils desk. This is a 360 role where you'll be given a warm desk with lots of existing clients, allowing you to hit the ground running.
Based in the company's Lichfield office, you'll be tasked with the following:
- Recruitment for white-collar candidates within your own geographical area.
- Building new and maintaining existing relationships with many blue-chip companies.
- Visiting clients on-site to comprehend their full requirement.
- Advertising roles on job boards and social media (particularly LinkedIn) to attract suitable candidates.
- Pre-screening CVs.
- Interviewing prospective candidates.
- Arranging interviews between client and candidate.
- Delivering a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Negotiating salaries.

What experience do I need?
We're looking for someone who's got a background in a recruitment role where you've ideally had a minimum of 12 months agency experience.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Exposure to the construction or engineering sector, though this is preferable.
- A superb sales ability.
- A hunger for success.
You'll also need to be the following:
- Self-motivated and have the ability to use your own initiative.
- Able to demonstrate your previous successes in billing.
- Someone who enjoys the buzz of closing a deal.
- Driven by the desire to earn a shed load of cash.

What can I earn?
This Recruitment Consultant position offers a basic salary between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
On top of this, you can expect to earn a performance related bonus if you hit your targets (details of which will be revealed on application).
